I have had the worst customer service with this company this morning. I ordered the Sweet Azalea Delight for my mother as her Mother's Day gift to be delivered this morning. HOWEVER what my mother received was nothing as what I ordered, I wish there was a way to upload the photos. She received a different kind of plant in a wooden basket not a nice white flower pot as ordered. As I am on the phone with the nice lady explaining my problem to see how we can fix it, a woman starts raising hell in the background. Stating azaleas are not blooming right now so they substituted with another plant, which is fine but call and explain that to me to see if I would like to proceed with the order, that they did not do. I told the Sweet lady on the phone I'm not trying to be rude or ugly but I could have went to the dollar store and bought a $2 basket then to Wal-Mart and bought the plant and done a better job myself. The presentation was horrible. The ugly woman in the background again raising hell states that is an expensive basket and the plant was twice the amount of the azaleas and I shouldn't be complaining I've got more than my money worth. Again wish I could upload the photos, this isn't the case. She then says she can gladly go pick them up and refund me except the delivery fee and tax. That's not what I was wanting, my mom just received a gift now u want to go take them and leave her with nothing? Wow that's a great idea, NOT. However I was wanting some kind of compromise since she received nothing like I ordered. Some kind of refund would have worked just fine. But no all I got was a rude attitude bad customer service experience and a lesson learned. I definitely do not recommend anyone to use...

Two weeks ago got service for a funeral in less than 2 hours notice... on a Saturday at that. That's unheard of these days. That's great customer service. The flowers were lovely crafted with detail. The flowers shown are flowers I received for Mothers Day. They are much bigger than they appear and had a special treat in it just for me. They take time to put that special touch. Many of their "special touches added" I still use today in my seasonal decorating. What many fold fail to realize when ordering flowers is sometimes the flowers they order are not in season or they don't have in stock. Always ask your florist if these are in stock or the picture they are viewing will be what is sent. Many pictures have disclaimers saying such. Keep up the fine service Always and Forever. I had ordered a corsage and Boutonniere from here and specifically told the florist I wanted the corsage yellow and black. I even showed her a photo on Pinterest of a corsage with yellow flowers and black ribbon and she said she could do something like that. I picked up my corsage today. The flower was not yellow at all. It was IVORY. I said nothing about wanting it to be ivory. So when I called back to tell her this is not what I wanted and I told her Monday that I wanted yellow. She tried to act like I never told anything about yellow. When she literally asked me Monday why did I choose the color yellow. The corsage itself is beautiful, I give them that.
