I am so happy that I decided to give AT&T a chance..after two weeks of having the worst experience with another wireless company (rhymes with Horizon) and dealing with extremely poor customer service,..I’d like to SHOUT OUT & SAY THANK YOU TO MS.TRICIA at AT&T, who’s the embodiment of excellence! She was very welcoming, informative & very patient with me (I’m the indecisive, asking 100 questions while oversharing type of customer, who looks at the same device for 30mins)—Ms.Tricia never made me feel rushed, was very professional and kind. Ms.Tricia genuinely provided me with the best customer service experience that I’ve ever had in the 16 years that I’ve been a consumer. She’s definitely more than a salesperson, if you look up with means to be an AT&T sales consultant, which I did (on AT&T’s website), Ms.Tricia exceeded all my expectations. She assisted me well over 2hrs (I had a lot of difficulty obtaining my account # & transfer pin from my previous wireless carrier, but the moment I gave in and did what Ms.Tricia suggested for me to do, I instantly got the needed info). Ms.Tricia made sure that I was aware of every current deal/discount and every deal/discount that I was eligible for, she made sure I got them and did I mention she throughly explained every thing for me. God bless her, respectfully! I love my phone, my plan, my service and all the accessories that I got for really reasonable prices! My son loves his iPad and he isn’t complaining about the data speed or that it’s “too little”. Read moreI was in the D’Iberville store today attempting to return an IPAD and two (2) Apple watches that were sent after cancellation. I explained to KASEY that I received the items in error, and that I was instructed by AT&T Office of the President to return them. She looked at the contents in the box, that included an AT&T detailed invoice. She told me that AT&T doesn’t have an Office of the President and asked to look at the number & voicemail left by the Office of the President, she commenced to tell me that the Office doesn’t exist, though she listen to the message. I showed her two (2) previous orders that were canceled. She immediately flipped her hand and told me that it was all a scam, by this time I was getting agitated her attitude and tone was becoming bothersome. I asked for another Customer Service Rep., and asked one CSRep sitting near to help since he was finishing up with his customer. KASEY walked over to her Assistant Manager? I followed her, the Asst. Mgr.? told me that there is no Office of the President, but never offered to assist in resolving my problem. I am appalled at the awful Customer Service and lack of professionalism at this location. KASEY never took the time to look in my account, and track the order—she could have accepted the items, call the Sales/Return Department or requested a return label. The Assistant Manager?, KASEY and two (2) other employees stood huddled up arguing that no Department exits (a young man told them that the Department exists). I know for a fact that it does exist. Read morePretty unfavorable experience. Had a issue with business phone that required it be repaired through Apple, that resulted in getting my sims card reinstated. Show up, not greeted by anyone, waited for 40 minutes, when someone got free to potentially help me, I had to make it known I was there for help, even though she had seen me waiting the whole time, she tells me she is not available to assist me, but to browse around until someone is free, then 5 minutes later, she is greeting someone who walked in and began to help him. I was dumbfounded, 15 minutes later someone comes out doesn’t greet me just asks me rudely what I need, I tell her, she takes me to a table and then her personal phone rang and she just walked off from me, again, dumbfounded. I was about to leave but another guy got free and I asked him for help as a last ditch effort, and I waz told that even though I had my Drivers license, and own my business account that I was there for, I had to go on the app or call customer service to make myself a authorized user, with no way to do that, since I could not access the internet on the phone that I had to set up, nor did they offer any other option, I just left, went to the Edgewater location, where a young lady judging 4 customers at one time, was able to assist me in less then 10 minutes.
