Computer Shack — Attraction in D'Iberville

I brought my lap top in to be looked at and they were so helpful and knowledgeable. My fan blades were busted off and I needed a whole new fan. They were super awesome and ordered the part. They kept in contact with me every step of the way and made sure I knew what was going on. I felt reassured and at ease. When I received my lap top back the gentleman was incredible. He took the time to show me the old parts and explained everything where I could understand it. I would absolutely recommend them. The prices were extremely fair and the customer service was superb. I drove thirty minutes to get here because I was hoping to buy some old computer stuff and maybe an upgrade for my laptop. The place is one room with clutter strewn about everywhere. No rhyme or reason to anything, just unorganized desktops, monitors, and keyboards. The entire room absolutely reeked of smoke. I almost gagged. There was only two people there, I assume the owner and his assistant. He just stood and watched me and my family while we tried to look around and make sense of it all. I was in a bind and needed some very specific part for equipment that I KNEW Lowe's would NOT have. I called Phillip of Computer Shack 29 minutes before he closed and explained my situation and he told me to come on by and we would see if he could do anything for me. I arrived there 15 minutes before he closed and he had an array of options already prepared for me. He got me the parts that I needed and gave them to me for FREE!!!!!!!!! What big box store would have done that? NONE. I can't tell you how happy I am with the service here and I can't recommend this shop...
