Our visit to Andante Vineyards was an amazing, memorable experience! As Club Members, we were able to reserve a two-night’s stay at the Club House. José Cruz, Director of Sales, was in contact with us many weeks before our Oregon visit. He provided us with information about the house, coordinated our personal wine tastings, and a host of other information we inquired about before our travels. We were very impressed with the professional and kind responsiveness to our many questions. José conducted our two wine-tastings personally. Through José, we learned so much about Andante’s history, wines, and the background of some of the staff. José was key to making our visit a time we will not soon forget. Thank you, José!

The hosts/vineyard owners, Joe Allen and Karen Saul were very welcoming and greeted us personally. In addition to the wonderful wines, beautiful rolling vineyards, amazing sunrises/sunsets, and interactions with the staff, we were there to also see/hear a prominent Oregon Folk group. Unfortunately, one member became ill, and the event had to be cancelled. Joe, Karen, José, and Brandon Correa (Tasting Room Lead) realizing how disappointed we were to miss such a concert that they arranged a special surprise for us on day two of our wine tasting. Joe (on a Steinway piano) and Brandon (on Viola) played a special piece especially for us (an arrangement of Ave Maria). This was such an unexpected personal touch!

The entire staff at Andante was amazing. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable. You can sense that everyone genuinely loves being there.

All in all, we find Andante Vineyard to be classic, peaceful, vibrant, tasteful, and inviting. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue and staff. We cannot wait for our next visit. Cheers! Debbie & Reuben,...

This winery is well worth the visit!

We joined the 2022 WineryHunt Oregon, and are working our way through the vineyards that interest us most. This week was Andante vineyards. We spent the morning hiking and exploring the Baskett Slough National Wildlife Refuge - which is also well worth visiting - and then made the short drive over to Andante. The road to the Baskett Slough, and part of the way to Andante, are gravel (unpaved). So be advised of that. However, we found the journey to the vineyard quite rewarding, in spite of the dust it left on our car. The staff at the newly completed and attractive tasting room were welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We ordered a very nice and larger than expected charcuterie board to accompany our tasting, and it paired nicely with several of the wines. We enjoyed hearing about the history of the winery, the grapes, and even of the soil. And quite enjoyed the descriptions of each wine we sampled. All the wines were made using grapes from their own vineyard, which surrounds the tasting room. Our tasting included 2019 & 2020 Sauvignon Blanc, 2020 White Pinot Noir, 2020 Aligoté, 2018 Estate Chardonnay, 2016 & 2017 Pinot Noir, and a recent Rosé of Pinot Noir. We especially enjoyed the Sauvignon Blanc. We had planned on buying no more than 2 bottles to take home, but ended up leaving with six! I think that says all you need to know about our appreciation for Andante wines. The six we bought were 2019 Sauvingnon Blanc (3), Rosé of Pinot Noir (2), and 2018 Estate Chardonnay (1).

If you are making a trip to this area, we can unreservedly recommend a stop by the vineyard (they request you reserve a tasting in advance), and a visit to the...

Andante winery is definitely worth a visit! I returned whilst visiting my Mom from Sarasota, Florida. I have to admit that I have been looking forward to this visit for over the past year and a half now! My son and his wife joined us. We had an Amazing feast together, along with Andante wine tastings to pair with our food. We had the Charcuterie, (featuring the best voted Blue Cheese), the Rabbit, Scallops with Squid Pasta, Goat Cheese Dumplings, Ceasar Salad, Brussel Sprouts and Brownie Alamode!!! But honestly, the Charcuterie and Crackers along with Andante Wine would be Absolutely Perfect to have as well. I drove my Mom up the hill afterwards, to have a look at their Bed & Breakfast, (with windows on both sides of the building offering both sunrise and sunset views)! My Mom is already taking about spending her 81st birthday there in September. Andante winery is a Perfect blend of Excellent Wines & Food, with a Comfortable Atmosphere and Wonderful...

Andante is for me the best winery in the Willamette Valley, it is a cozy place with an incredible view, the wine reflects love and dedication, each grape is harvested with love, they not only use grapes planted by them but also use grapes from other regions to convince savors and smells that make their wine something different and special, the menu is excellent accompaniment to each of their wines, you can tell that everything in Andante is made with love, now if we talk about the excellence of employees, their knowledge and how they treat all diners makes the difference. Go to Andante to experience excellent wine, excellent food and amazing customer service is a little paradise in the mountains of Oregon. Plus you need to meet Coco the "Bilingual" dog.
