Great place! My Sheldon loves it there. I like that there is a small dog park and a large one. Although I will tell you no one follows the weight limit or minimums. Example: we went yesterday and there were little dogs in the large park. The large park has a minimum weight of 30 lbs or more. Sheldon is right at 30 lbs so he can go to either area. I judge it based on the dogs I see in both parks. I'm not going to put him in the little park with a bunch of little dogs he could crush. We will go to the big park if there are none his size in the little park. The city turns the water off from December to March or so I have been told by other dog owners so you do have to bring your own water for your dog which easily becomes the community dog water. I personally do not care but a woman yesterday made the comment of "how do I know the other dogs don't have diseases?" Now granted she is correct however I would hope everyone who is bringing their dogs has had them vaccinated. To each his own on that one. Also our only other bad experience happened yesterday. A young man brought his two dogs. One was friendly and wanted to play but the other was not happy to be there I guess. He barked and attacked several dogs. The owner kept pulling his dog off of the other dogs. And then his dog attacked and bit Sheldon! Thankfully he didn't break skin. He only scared him. The man didn't seem too concerned. Just said sorry. Other people seemed to be just as upset as I was. I think the guy got the message because he left shortly after that. I felt bad for him. He was trying to get the dog to learn to socialize he said but he hasn't had any luck. He thought maybe a park would help. I'm not sure what kind of dog the man had. It looked like a Shepherd mix of some sort to me. There was a review I read that said this place is full of snotty people who live in the area. The regulars she said. She said she could tell she wasn't welcome the second she walked in because she wasn't a regular. I have not found that to be the case. I have found everyone I have met to be pleasant. All we do is talk about our dogs. Anyway overall Sheldon is happy there. He can run, jump and play for hours if I let him. We will keep going back for sure.

There are two sides, one for the larger dogs, and one for the smaller dogs. I go here several times a week. You will often see the same people, which is good, because my dogs often see the same dogs. I have been here when I am the only person there, and when there are 30 dogs present. Never have I had a bad experience. I take absolute great care of my dogs, but after seeing the fun they got out of going here, it was hard not to return. Of course you will run into your share of "Karen's" here, but where will you not? Overall, I enjoy letting my pets go here for exercise and playful interaction, and have not been given any reason why I should encourage you to go anywhere else.

This is a very nice and quiet doggie park that caters to both small and large dogs. I have a 20 lb Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and he fits in perfect with all of the other different wonderful breeds of dogs that the different owners take to this park and you don't have to worry about weirdos or mean people being around all of the times that I have gone I've encountered very nice and loving animal activist there who are just like me. And there's bowls of water available for our little babies plus they have lawn chairs set up now and the park in different areas so that you can sit in the shade while your baby plays.

The park itself looks great. Unfortunately, some of the people who frequent this park are racist. Today 4/7/16, a friend(black) her dog(boxer/americanbulldog) and I(mexican) and my dog(lab/pit) went into the park, followed all the rules, smiled to everyone and nodded hello. Our dogs are super friendly and played well with the other dogs. The owners however, turned their noses up not only to our dogs, but to us. They avoided eye contact and didn't even bother to say hi. My dog drank a lot of the water that was in a jug, I didn't know if it belonged to anyone since other dogs were also drinking from it. So, I picked it up to go fill it again. Tell me why, everyone looked at me as if I was stealing something? One of the women there even gasped a little. It was ridiculous. Normally I wouldn't stand for that type of behavior, but since we were surrounded by dogs, who by nature respond to emotions, I didn't want to stir things up anymore. The look of relief in everyone's face as we left was despicable. They literally stared at us until we drove off. I wonder if these people are aware that racial discrimination is against the law.

Section 18C of the Racial Discrimination Act says: It is unlawful for a person to do an act, otherwise than in private, if: (a) the act is reasonably likely, in all the circumstances, to offend, insult, humiliate or intimidate another person or a group of people; and (b) the act is done because of the race, colour or national or ethnic origin of the other person or of some or all of the people in the group.

Mind you, that it wasn't just two or three people treating us this way, it was about ten. Ten adult "white" men and woman discriminating against two "brown" women. Honestly, I regret not staying there and involving the authorities. I'm going to make sure as many people know about this park as possible. (the picture i posted doesn't show their faces clearly, but you can see that they were staring at us...

great place to bring your four legged kids big or small and have them run or you play fetch with them. I like the fact that there are two parks for either big or small dogs, parking is small due to the location and size. below is why I gave it 4 instead of five stars but this is one of our favorite places to come aside to two other dog parks in town we go to.

only issue that I have is a guy he always comes on weekends at times early mid mornings always has those bulky wireless headphones, a monster energy drink and one of those e-cigarettes and vapes. he brings his dog which is allowed to do like every one of us are, it's just he has issues with people either when his dog goes to another dog to meet each other or near people to pet him it's not his only time he has overreacted it's been quite a few times but once he does he tends to leave in a hurry instead of talking it out and he will not want to hear you out. example my 1year old and our dog were all playing with a group of dogs his dog came and they all started to bark and jump he came running screaming to get away from his dog I had my hand in between all the dogs he yelled I was explaining and he mumbled something grabbed his dog on his leash and left in a hurry me and a few people were just in awe like what was that about anyhow it's a long story aside from that everyone that goes there are nice talkative and we let the dogs just...
