The public boat access was great. Wooden dock. Paved parking lot. Concrete ramp. Saw a loon and baby and half dozen ducks before we even got the boat in the water. There are a number of unmarked hazards on this lake though so you should go slow, have a lake survey map and a depth finder. Cast a few times and caught a small mouth bass with a nightcrawler.

Google directions lie. Went all the way here only to get to "private property" signs everywhere that leads to the lake. Pulled over near where we were supposed to drive down and the directions showed a dotted path going directly into the middle of the lake. I guess I should be rating Google maps since I didnt get to experience the...
