We had an absolute blast! As two young adults with no kids or responsibilities, we dedicated the whole day to dust-kicking, rights, lefts, guesses, side quests, bridges, and lookouts. Corn as far as the eye can see! I was really surprised with some of the "attractions" in the maze too! I won't drop any spoilers but definitely not what I was expecting and am thoroughly impressed with the level of epicness this maze offers. We logged about 4.5 miles in just over 2 hours and the serotonin rush of ringing the success bell at the end is unbeatable. By the time we got in the car for the hour drive home, we were sun-tired, a little dehydrated, and ready for something hearty to eat. Next time we’ll come better prepared—with a more filling packed lunch, electrolytes, a tripod for photo ops, and a trash bag to help keep things clean. We only spotted a couple of discarded wristbands and snack wrappers (which we picked up), but otherwise the place was impressively well-kept—98% trash free! The staff was fantastic—helpful, approachable, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do. And the goats? The goats were the icing on the cake. Hugging a little goat was exactly what I didn’t know I needed today. We’ll absolutely be back!

I've been going to the Great Vermont Corn Maze for the last 3 years and hope to go many more. It does not disappoint. However, understand what you are getting yourself into. The maze spans 24 acres on hilly terrain. It usually takes 2 - 3 hours to complete on average. Bring snacks, plenty of water, and a good attitude. I've watched families tear each other a part in frustration and hunger. This year they did an awesome job keeping the maze safe. Masks are required when you are around others. 10 minute windows for groups of no more than 8 greatly reduced the traffic. Everything was converted to be hand free in the maze. Really good job keeping it as safe as possible.

We go here every year and it's great! New, challenging, inspired, corn maze every year, plus all the other side attractions that our kids love too! Takes hours and hours to get through. I recommend this maze to everyone, is easily worth the (beautiful) drive out there. Plan as if you are going for a long hike, and get there early! We are always pressed for time trying to finish before they close. If you go with more than 3 or 4 people consider splitting into groups so everyone gets to make choices in the maze rather than just following the fastest walker. Seriously. This place is fantastic!

The Great Vermont Corn Maze In the middle of nowhere, near Danville Vermont, is a quirky few hour activity than which you probably won’t forget if you manage to find your way to it. [HINT: use their website map not your GPS] They also say they require internet reservations due to COVID but we were able to walk up the day we visited (Saturday/August). The Great Vermont Corn Maze is a HUGE corn maze that is not for of the faint of heart. Think of it as an interesting hike - through seemingly endless rows of corn with frequent breakouts into meadows overlooking the surrounding rolling hills. And don’t forget the person-sized plastic figurines (dragons, mythical creatures) found around various corners and enmeshed in the maze itself. You don’t get these on a regular hike. We opted for the shorter ‘scenic’ version which took us about 45 minutes. You get to take shortcuts through cleverly placed brown doors. The upshot is that you get to see all of the cooler stuff but without having to tromp around for several hours. It is a great option if you are in the area — but it is a real hike of sorts. The scenic route is about 1.3 miles and if you solve it for real easily several miles with modest up/down. Come with plenty of water, hat, and sunscreen. We saw lots of kids doing this with their parents but probably not a lot of fun with truly young kids unless you have the baby backpack gear. There is an awesome playground with live goats at the end of the maze that would be perfect for the...

So much fun! You're given a card to mark letters or doors you've passed which was both inspiring when you found a new one and frustrating if you passed by the same one several times. Lol! The owners/creators are very friendly and helpful (and will give hints if you want). They also have a good sense of humor which was evident throughout the maze. The place was clean and well organized. The corn stalks looked beautiful. We went on an overcast day and there was a bit of a breeze. The sounds of tall corn stalks swishing and the "bells of frustration" chiming added to the experience. There were several bridges and you could go on a quest for journey stones that were placed in different structures along with trying to find your way out of the maze. We took a few hours to find our way out and were grateful that we brought water, a snack, and had comfortable shoes. The maze has you going up and down hill quite often. (There are emergency exits if you decide you just won't make it.) After you make it through, there's a little garden area, goats and kids' play area, as well as a...
