Swan Club — Attraction in De Pere

The Swan Club is amazing! My husband and I got married here and if we could do it over again we would still use the Swan Club! First, Beth is AMAZING!! She is super helpful, informative, knowledgeable, and is there to make your Wedding day the best for you! Next, the food was the BEST! We chose the Swan Club for the food and we are so happy we did. Our guests loved the food and it was never-ending, they continued to bring out more - without having to ask. Choosing Family Style is definitely the way to go - especially with the boasted chicken + beef tips. Our minimum amount to spend for the room we chose was $5000 and it was the perfect price. We went with the package and added on some champagne for our extra reserve table + some late night pizzas in addition to the appetizers you already get with the package. We are beyond grateful to have had our wedding reception at The Swan Club. The work the staff did to set up our hall so beautifully was intentional. Austin and the entire staff were great to work with as they all showed us so much kindness, respect, and generosity. The food and drinks were amazing. The newly remodeled reception space is unbelievably gorgeous as it offers three tiers of seating (if needed), a big dance floor for all family and friends to gather, a bar that is right next to the entrance and dance floor so it is easy to access, and a gathering space for all those that need a space to sit down and look at the wedding couple's decorations. The addition of the outdoor patio/ceremony space was so wonderful to have, as well, as it was a place for guests to hang out, take pictures, and play cornhole. Easter Brunch today 4/20/25. The hostess was super friendly. She greeted us with Happy Easter! Our reservation was right on time, and our waitress greeted us with a smiling face. She told us what was where and we didn't see her again until time for the check. We were well aware of 19% gratuity added to the check, but the waitress did nothing to earn it. We needed napkins, could not find a waitress, asked a busser, he replied it's not my job. The broasted chicken was cold and almost always empty. The ham was cold, the beef was tough and no beef gravy. No bacon, the sasauges were just wierd. I was very sad to spend 100.00 for 3 people. I wouldn't have minded one bit if the food had been atleast hot. On a good note, the fruit salad was good and so was was the stuffing....
