Ford Plant Butler Yard Truck Staging Area — Attraction in Dearborn

Slander and libel come to mind in terms of what Angela told HR Julie, that was forwarded to my company and to Ford as well and my company decided to remove me from that lane because according to the email I was belligerent, cursing and not following directions. Nothing was ever sent over such as video (they have video cameras) to further back up her claim. I’m also concerned because the supervisor Jalyn confronted me about a review I made (that ended up deleted or not viewable to public) and he said they knew it was me that wrote it. Now I’m concerned that they’ve looked me up via social media because no one knew my actual government name only the nickname everyone calls me.

Issues that I had were for example, I’m doing being unloaded at 7, paperwork prints out at 710, I’m back over at butler yard by 715, go to the window a couple minutes later and I get told “nothings printed yet”, wait in the truck come back 20 mins later, same thing, nothings printed yet. I finally get paperwork at let’s say 815 and the paperwork says it was printed at 710, so why am I waiting so long when you have the paperwork. It was like this for weeks, I even told my supervisor what was going on and how other drivers would get paperwork before me when I was back way before them. I never had the issue when Jalyn worked her position I came back over and the paperwork was always ready. My HOS logs can even confirm that. They had a woman Nora that worked for them as well that can confirm everything, I’d also even get there around 530 6 and be allowed to go over to the plant. And after they fired her me getting there I would wait to go over because according to them I didn’t have a door but when I talked to or called the hilo driver he’d say it’s a door available or he been waiting on me (tan dock 64) but I’ll get over there around 730 nearing my last few weeks there.

I believe it’s unfair to accuse someone of such actions. This is the same person that FORDS own employees have had issues with but I will not name drop in fear of what other actions these folks might conjure up against people with careers and families. If all of this is done because I said she’s on her phone too much instead of doing her job, I can only imagine what levels they’ll stoop to next to protect themselves.

I also have pictures, including my HOS to show when I arrive and leave and submit a picture of my paperwork (required by my company), live videos (instagram and TikTok to display my morning routine 3 consecutive weeks worth full length no edits).

By their actions I had missed pay and I’ve been emotionally unattached because the accusations show me in a light and as a person that everyone in my company knows I am not. I understand completely and live by you don’t argue with the customers you go and tell your management and your management handles any issue. Why on earth would I risk my company’s contract on my own...

You must wait in a long line with no protection from the elements to get checked in. Then if it's one of the ladies that checks you in they are very rude and condescending. I have been here dozens of times. Maybe 3 times I had better than a one star experience at this location. When you tell the staff in the shack that you will report their behavior to Ford they laugh at you and tell you they don't work for Ford and good luck trying to get them reported for their behavior. It is currently June 22nd, 2025. I got here at midnight last night because I was told my appointment was at 1215 am. I have been waiting more than 19 hours for someone to show up and unlock the gates so I can check in. Still no one. My load I am trying to deliver is supposedly a "plant shut down" load, yet neither me nor my company can get any answers from Ford on when I will be able to just check in.
