Ritidian Beach, Scenic Point — Attraction in Dededo Municipality

Amazing beach but the road getting to ritidian is horrible. A good amount of the route is covered with potholes so be very careful driving down there to not go very fast. Took us about 40 minutes from when we first hit the potholes to get to the beach. If you have an SUV/truck/jeep, it'll probably be much easier for you.
