Nature's Hand Cattle Company - Grass Fed Beef -Westville — Attraction in DeFuniak Springs

This is the worst beef we have ever purchased. The entire order is processed wrong. The steaks are not edible. We are feeding them to the dogs. I spoke with Carolyn. She did not offer to fix it. Several thousand dollars wasted. We purchased a whole cow.

Your response is a complete lie. Perhaps if you used clear packaging your customers could see their products. I only made one purchase from you and it was a whole cow. It takes time to cook a whole cow. I believe you have us confused with another unhappy customer. You never replaced anything. Our order was forgotten and quickly thrown together with extra to make up because you new we had meat from 2 different cows. I should have known then that there would be problems. I never ask to buy from you again. Why would I. Who wants steaks sliced on the bias and ALL bones removed? I sent you photographic proof but, you didn’t care.

I didn’t want “more” steaks from you. What we wanted was edible steaks. You should have offered to exchange the badly processed meat for correctly processed meat. This is called good...
