It is an informative and well-curated place, for its size and funding, and specializes in all things local (which is great). Because it does cater to all ages, but has a significant amount for kids, they might want to move anything that shouldn't be touched by kids, especially those that can't read "do not touch" pieces of paper on them. Right when we walked in, we got yelled at by the manager - from the back of the museum - because my little one touched the bear that is literally next to the door when you walk in. It wasn't the most pleasant first impression. Not to mention that the two staff that were there (manager included) talked loudly and otherwise ignored us, only engaging us earlier to make sure that we paid for entry.
