I have seen many birds, deer, bugs, and flowers in this prairie not seen in other parts of the area due to its preservation done by the state. Beautiful prairie but the access as walkability is almost absent unless you like having to carve your own path. Quite a bit of invasive species that form almost impassable thickets...

Lovely hidden bit of remnant and restored prairie. No trails, but you can follow an old road through part of the SNA and get a glimpse of the plant communities. Dress for ticks...
