I received their information through Samsung as my repair was under warranty. I was initially excited to work with them, as I thought they were a professional company based on other reviews. I was told by the technician that it would be a couple of days to receive the part and that they would be back to have it fixed within a weeks time. I was told that the part was being ordered directly through Samsung, which would have been logical since Samsung was covering the repair through my warranty. Since Walter was not capable of returning my phone calls, I reached out to Samsung to check the status of my repair. They never ordered the part from Samsung and Samsung didn't have any report from them as to the status of my repair, or the results of their visit... which Samsung should have received. Samsung reached out to them. Walter provided Samsung with excuses and even the Samsung rep found Walter to be unprofessional. They asked that I give Walter a chance to return my calls as they had just spoken to him, so I waited. He never called. Samsung called once more on my behalf asking that he follow up with me. Needless to say, Walter never followed through with the job. Because of Walter's and Mr. Appliances lack of professionalism, the repair to our freezer was significantly delayed (it's been broken for 20 days now). Had we used a different company from the beginning, it would more than likely have been resolved. So Mr. Appliance, thank you...

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. If I could give these HORRIBLE PEOPLE A ZERO I WOULD. I drove 1.5 hours to my house for an appointment that I booked a WEEK ago. I called FOUR TIMES to say I would be there at 11am at the earliest and that I was running 10 minutes late. I arrived at 10:12 and the driver was gone. I called and spoke to TRISTA , (biggest excuse for a manager and customer service I literally have EVER experienced.) As I told her all the measures I took to prevent this, she said the driver arrived at 10am (????) and waited an hour ??? and basically had a straight up "F* you" attitude screaming* at me. I was astounded. She didnt apologize, didnt try to find a solution, didnt trying to re-book, and when I told her I was going to review her on every site possible she hung up on me. When I originally called to say I would be 10 minutes late, she was like "oh honey dont worry we'll be fine" and yet at 10:12 it was 'screw you- we dont owe you a thing'. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. *SOLUTION: I called *****CREST APPLIANCES Crest appliances of Wildwood, NJ-- nicest people you could hope to come across.
