We met the owner at their second location on Rte 9 in Clermont. She was very overbearing; trash talked her very knowledgeable and sweet daughter who runs the Somers Point store; was desperate to make a sale; and talked nonstop about how Debra Harry (aka "Blondie") shops there. Another couple came in to inquire about a piece outside and she went into a tizzy dropping the price every time they said they had to think about it. The store itself is a mish-mash of knickknacks and has very little teak furniture on display, even though it has more than double the space of its Somers Point location. Both the owner and the daughter hand you a catalog to flip through for other options. Save yourself the "experience" and go to Cape May Wicker on Rte 9 in Swainton for bigger displays and prices that are a fraction of the cost at...

I have contacted the Better Business Bureau regarding this place. I purchased a teak dining set 2 years ago. It came damaged. I sent pics to them and they agreed. Said they would replace the table. Every time I contacted them they kept telling me "it's coming". Two years later I still do not have it. I have been patient believing what they were saying. Their text messages got very rude and out of line for a retailer. They began telling lies. Said they did me a favor by delivering the set and had to carry it up to a higher level deck. Well, I paid the delivery fee they were asking and it's on my street level patio.I have the text messages as proof if anyone wants to see. I would think twice about shopping with this retailer. I looked around for months trying to find the right outdoor furniture for our shore house. I thought I could find a good deal but the quality and comfort wasn't there. I couldn't find the right color I was looking for so they gave me other options to customize my order with no additional fees. The order only took weeks and I love the chairs.
