Great hiking/mountain biking/running. Birchwood Lake trail loops into Mountain Lakes and is easy to moderately difficult but can be rugged in some areas. You can hike the loop in about 1.5 hours.
There is also a very steep trail to the top of Tourne mountain with spectacular views to NYC. There are also many other trails as the park is quite large.
Restrooms and kids park. Plenty of parking, a pavilion and picnic tables. There are two park entrances.
