Just had a wedding here, (bridesmaid here!) HIGHLY recommend this place. It was a BEAUTIFUL property with a splendid area for the bridal party to get ready. There was more than enough space for the kiddos to run around with an area on the water to fish from. The barn itself is beautiful with so much potential to make your wedding day whatever you want it to be. Personally, my favorite part.... fancy Porta pottys with running water... sweet. The owners are fantastic and super hospitable! I didn't pay for the shindig but, it was much more affordable than other comparable venues (by alot so I hear). The Knoll Barn on Derby Pond, owned by Frank and Alicia Knoll, was a beautiful venue for our daughter and son in law’s wedding, on June 25, 2022! My husband and I got married here this past weekend and loved it!! Frank was very kind and easy to work with. The grounds were beautifully kept, the barn was well-equipped with what we needed, and we received many positive comments about the venue from our guests. Everyone enjoyed a few unexpected bonuses as well, such as viewing the eagle family living on the property and access to plum and apple trees that were just ripening.
