Pantera Dog Park — Attraction in Diamond Bar

Great location. Great space for dogs.

Water faucet/dispenser very slow. The best dog park water dispensers slow drain out so there's always fresh water, this one didn't so the water was pretty disgusting when we arrived, Luckily we had a Frisbee for him to drink from.

The biggest downside to this park is the wood chips. I would recommend closed toe shoes here and booties for your dogs feet. Their feet can be just as sensitive to splinters as ours.

Plenty of parking.

If you have an active dog like we do, plan on a park with grass. If you like to mostly be alone with your dog, this park is good because it doesn't appear many people go here.

Otherwise, this is a great big park for other activities.

Nice fully fenced dog park with water fountain and poop bags. There's a separate area for small dogs and another for large dogs. Both areas are filled with a layer of wood chips, which is not as nice as grass but is a decent and entirely satisfactory ground cover—not too dusty during the dry season and not too muddy when it's wet. There are a few benches along the fence area, but there isn't a ton of shade. Both fenced areas are ADA accessible from the ramps and gates on the north side.

Big dog fenced in areas. Mulch instead of grass wich I liked cuz I didn't have to worry about puddles or dogs getting covered in mud. Plenty of benches for people. Would of liked another dog water fountain & garbage can at the other end of the area to pick up dog poop but I personally didn't mind the walk but can see it being a little difficult for older folks. Great view & a hiking trail right next to the dog area. Could use some lightning since the park closes at 9pm. But will be stopping at this park often & exited to check out the hiking trail out on the...
