Over the years, with the residual payments from home owners, this management team took it upon themselves to use half of the parking lot to build a public soccer field that anyone can access or folks train near by residents for a fee
The clubhouse has Grills that have never been used. Because they built these sections with no city permits..?
The gym equipment is mostly all the original equipment, worn out and damaged. Other clubhouses near by replace damaged equipment the same day.
If you forget your key fob to enter, front desk clerk will look at you for a second as they look away from their cellphones and then look back down rather than granting you access and confirming residency.
When you do enter, front desk clerks are always on their phones and do not confirm residency.
Personal trainers seem to use the facility quite often which results to limited equipment to use while they train 1-2 persons in individual machines instead of enforcing residents only..?
Tennis court is reservations. However, if there is a coach or trainer who is coaching his/her students. The front desk will apologize and extend their hours. Neglecting your reservation.
When the sauna or steam rooms stop working, the management team takes 4+ months to repair. Near by club houses repair malfunctioning equipment the same day.
There is a section that people rent for weddings or parties and when this happens, they are prioritized where management blocks parking areas for them.
With all the reservation fees and trainer fees that are collected. It makes no sense why HOA would increase furthermore, completely negligent to the required maintenance to this facility.
One more thing, if you reserve the back to have a birthday party for kids, be aware that they will not allow the children to use the pool regardless of being a resident or paying customer reserving the spot.
Be mindful of this lack of appreciation towards paying customers before you sign the lease in any surrounding home that is affiliated with park central clubhouse.

Read moreThis management company is the worst. I purchased an apartment with Lennar in the Apex Comunity in Doral. I have two associations in which one I was able to pay since the beginning but the one from the club house has been impossible to pay. I have shown up to the club house asking for the manager (Carmen Torres and her manager Desiree Gomez)— Carmen Torres replied that the the account was not created and that I was unable to pay. I showed up multiple times to make the payment (pretty much begging to pay them) and their reply was always the same “we can’t take your payment now because an account has not been assigned to you at the moment” This week I came to see if the account was created to make my payment and I was informed that my account is in collection. I can’t believe the negligence of these people. How is it possible to be in collection when no one assigned me an account. I showed up to Carmen and she always made up excuses and lied saying that she was going to take care of the matter but she never did. I called her manager Desiree and she never answered my emails or my phone calls. I am actually sitting inside the clubhouse knowing that Desiree and Carmen are here and they haven’t had the courtesy to face me and give me an explanation. These people are very unethical. Read moreI came to the clubhouse and had the worst experience ever. I came to see where to have my baby shower and honestly from the moment I came in ANA PENA was BEYOND rude. She was rude in allowing us into the building, she doesn’t know how to speak to people, when I went to tell her that I was going to possibly rent to do my baby shower here, then she was somewhat nicer, even then..she still didn’t really let me see the place which is waste of my Saturday and I had come from a funeral and was already having a rough day and she made it so much worse. She didn’t allow me to see the space I was going to rent because there was an event on the other side (THERE WAS A HUGE WALL BLOCKING AND THEY COULDN’T EVEN SEE US!!). Honestly, she was beyond horrible, rude and inconsiderate and due to her being rude and having her attitude, I REFUSE to do anything in this place.
