My kids loved the Open Barnyard. So much so that I am now apparently required to take them every weekend to brush the goats and hug the sheep. Being a Trustees member, the fee was only $5 a kid and free for adults so I guess the weekly visits won’t break the bank.
Other than seeing the barnyard, we got to wander around the farm, check out the little play area and they even have a cafe. If you go in (which I had to do because that’s where the bathrooms are - and the 4 year old HAD TO GO RIGHT NOW), try the chocolate chip cookies. They are amazing.

We were so excited for apple cider donuts — they weren’t priced and I grabbed two bags and was shocked when they said the total was $20. $10 for one small bag of 4 or 5 donuts is wild. Especially because they’re not made on site. Would I buy them again? Probably not. Would I visit the farm again? For sure.
