The dog park on N. Grandview Ave. is a very basic bare bones dog park, offering two areas one side for dogs under 20 lbs. and the other side for dogs over 20 lbs. A portable rest room is provide, along with benches and picnic tables to sit on. During Spring, Summer, and Fall the water fountain is turned on for access to water. The small dog side does not get much use an often times you will find some larger dogs using that side. If this is a problem for your small dog or puppy request that the large dog go to the other side. Please watch your dog and pick up after your dog. Animal waste bags are provided along with garbage cans for disposal of the bag. A nominal fee of $1.00 per dog per visit is requested based on the honor system and economic ability to pay. A season pass may be purchased at the Multi-Cultural Center on 1100 block of Central Ave. for $25.00 running from May to May. It is not a good idea to bring food or dog treats to the dog park as some dogs have a keen sense of smell and are very food motivated. Enter at your own risk for both you and your dog. There is a two dog limit per person watching the dog. PS - Your dog...

Nice big place and lots of room for pups to run which is very nice, tires them out! Lots of seasonal mud at time of posting this so be prepared for muddy doggies. Not enough entraces into park which forces people to park on top of each other as well as too much traffic in those spots which makes mud worse. No off street parking so be careful when unloading and loading pups. Lots of dog poop was left and not picked up by dog owners which is disgusting. Some improvements could be made, hopefully people start having some respect and pick up the dog droppings left...

Wide open fenced space for the dogs to run. 1 dollar recommend donation to ensure the upkeep of the park. Several benches and picnic tables for seating. The park is devided into large and small dog areas Both sides have water fountains but in this time of covid they are currently turned off. Waste bags are provided by the city and people generally keep the park clean.

The park also has a variety of balls, ropes, and flying disc available for the patrons to use. The only thing that would make it better is some...

Good place to take your dog to socialize and exercise. Most dogs and owners who I have encountered there are responsible and friendly. Sometimes there are muddy spots in lawn, trash on property, or trash stinks, but otherwise well-kept up. Also, the parking is a bit "tricky" if you drive to the dog park. Suggestion: Bring water and poop bags for your dog in case they are unavailable. Also, there is a small fee you self-pay for use of the park ($1.00 per day as of July 2020) or I think you can buy a long-term-use "pass."

It’s very nice that they supply poop bags, but there’s always dog poop, people are just not respectful anymore, I have went there and there’s been huge dogs on the little dog side so we just don’t go very often
