One of the most unexpectedly beautiful parks we've ever hiked. We've been in many parks to see water falls and they are all nice but this was special. Gorges and canyons with spectacular views and access down to the water for pics. All other reviews were right, you completely forget you are in the middle of a city neighborhood. We parked on 4th St bridge and started uphill on the west side and debated whether to cross and finish on the east side. That's the best part. Read moreWell, old Chester Congdon knew what he was doing when he had the trails and walking bridges built along the creek. It is very serene, and feels like you are miles away from the city. The falls here are not spectacular, but are still very pretty. We went in the late afternoon/early evening and the light was perfect for some beautiful pictures of the trail and falls. Read moreThis is a local, nieghborhood, trail with excellent, small, waterfalls. There's a main, gravel and paved trail and lots of social/sight seeing trails that take you closer to various falls. Seems like lots of locals use this trail so it's not unusual to see someone talking on their cell phone.
