Trail takes you north along the Superior Hiking Trail along Skyline Parkway past a creek with several nice waterfalls plus an old stone structure of some kind. Road is mostly visible above the trail until the trail crosses Skyline Parkway and continues into the woods. Trail eventually becomes a loop in the Brewer Park area. A map is posted at the fork. Loop is around 3-4 miles around with some great views of the city and lake on the far end. Fun hike with both wooden steps and rocky climbs but no terrain too difficult.

I have hiked from the Superior Hiking Trail skyline drive trailhead to here and from here I have hiked the Superior Hiking Trail to 63rd Ave west in Duluth, MN. Love this area of the Superior Hiking Trail! I highly recommend! There is also a few biking trails nearby here as well!

I really like this trail! Such beautiful view of the woods, trees, and water. At one point in the trail there was a strong sulfur smell. I'm still new to the area so not sure where it was coming from, but still worth checking out this trail.
