DISAPPOINTED VETERAN....

Being that I am new to the area, I figured I’d check this place out. My 21yr old son and I checked out all the available options they had for us to indulge in and we chose to play mini golf. After we paid for our game of golf, my son noticed that on the price board, “Tuesdays” is buy one get one free for mini golf (yes we there on a Tuesday)! When I asked the employees about that, they both somewhat looked confused and then responded, “Ummm, I don’t think we’re doing that anymore!” In my experience working customer service in the past, if a company has something posted, they should honor what they are advertising. After that ordeal, I’d have to say that I wasn’t very pleased with the customer service but thank goodness the facilities helped change my attitude. All in all, the park has a great atmosphere, but they may want to look into getting some better customer service and/or changing the signage before more people start asking about what they are advertising and them not...

Went to check out the new warrior ninja course yesterday. It's smaller than I thought it would be based on the pictures, and crowded even on a weekday, but it still had plenty for the littles and not so little ones to do. The courses are divided between ages 2-5 and 13+, which struck me as interesting. Kids in between those ages can easily do the younger course and several activities of the older course. The artificial turf is soft, so that helps a bit with parental anxiety. Parking is a bit odd; there is no parking directly in front of the course and parking is either just before or just after. Walking along the road (no sidewalk) or going down stairs is required. We saw people parking along the road since parking was tricky. Not sure if they'll add another walkway, as they are currently doing construction nearby. Overall, the kids really seem to enjoy it and it is a fun addition...
