Russell Landing — Attraction in DuPont

While it is nice to have a more exclusive launch (Military ID required), the launch is in serious need of repair. The slabs have slid so much that it creates a significant drop off and trailers get hooked on it. Last two times we visited, we had to dive under to manually lift our trailer over the lip of a slab. Beautiful scenery including eagles & lake. Three stars for the filthy guests & residents that overfill the trash cans and litter everything from dirty diapers, oversized cardboard packaging, broken bottles & discarded clothing. If the trash cans are full, people leave trash on ground beside can. The staff work hard to keep it clean, but it's still not enough to make up for the disregard & disrespect from the majority of the visitors. Pick up...

Awesome place for military families. Big playground, right next to a lake, there's a basketball court, an open field, a horeshoe toss place, plenty of parking and usually even whens it's busy it's not really that busy.
