Such a neat place to visit! I actually came to take some pictures and get info about upcoming exhibits. Not being a farm kid myself, I wasn't overly excited about the visit. However, the museum manager, Amanda Schwartz, was incredibly helpful and informative. I came by myself on an afternoon and she took the time out of her day to walk me through the museum and explain each of the new exhibits. I can tell that Schwartz really enjoys what she does. I'd been here over 20 years ago and they've really upgraded the place since then. I ended up buying a membership and that gets you two free tickets to get in and I plan on stopping by here once a year at least moving forward. Really a great asset to dyersville.
