Fantastic Softplay Rental for a Memorable 1st Birthday Party! We recently hosted our son's 1st birthday party and opted for a softplay rental, and I must say, it was a fantastic choice! From the moment we contacted the company, their responsiveness and professionalism were evident.

The setup process was quick and efficient, allowing us to focus on other aspects of the party. Additionally, their assistance with cleaning up afterward was a huge relief, making the entire experience stress-free for us as parents.

One of the highlights of the rental was definitely the affordability. Despite being budget-friendly, the quality of service provided was exceptional. While some of the equipment showed signs of wear, it's entirely understandable given the energetic play of toddlers. It didn't detract from the overall enjoyment of the party in any way.

The softplay equipment, particularly the toddler roller coaster, was an absolute hit with the kids! Their laughter and excitement filled the space, and it was heartwarming to see them having such a wonderful time.

We used this soft play service for my son’s first birthday this past weekend, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about the experience. Due to an unexpected change of plans, the pavilion I originally rented was mistakenly double booked, and I was forced to move the party to a basic picnic area at the last minute. I was already overwhelmed, but Hazel truly saved the day. She was incredibly understanding, flexible, and supportive during what could’ve been a total disaster. She reassured me right away and said she’d make it work and she absolutely did her team arrived on time, were kind and professional, and made the setup look fantastic even in our new location. I booked a soft play set from Aaron’s Playhouse and it was a great experience from beginning to end. I got an immediate response to my inquiry and they were able to accommodate my request with only two weeks notice. The quote was reasonable and competitive with other companies out there. Hazel is amazing- responsive, communicative, and professional. Delivery and setup was prompt. The play area was such a huge hit with the babies/young toddlers!
