Beautiful venue, good wine but the service was less than desirable. We were never greeted or welcomed. The guy at the bar handed us a piece of paper, didn’t make eye contact and didn’t say a word. I had to tell him we were there for tastings and ask what we would be trying. He was more concerned about clearing a few empty wine glasses then saying hello. When we got our tastings it was in plastic cups??? We had just finished our glasses and a older gentleman came up to our table, didn’t say a word, and reached over us to grab our glasses. Didn’t even ask??? It’s like they couldn’t get us out of there fast enough. And there signage for where the tasting room was clear as mud. Our group and 2 other groups of people were following the signs and not finding the tasting room. It was our first, and last time visiting that winery. So many other games in town with friendlier hosts, good wine and atmosphere. I was embarrassed that I had taken our friends from the west side there, who came to go wine tasting. They expressed the cold welcome and lack of friendly service as well. Very...
Read moreI attended the Olson Bros Show on 07/28/25 and the music was great, the wine great, the view super, the grounds beautiful, the staff fantastic but the food, presentation, quantityy was honestly…. very disappointing. Not trying to drag them through the dirt but the who taco thing was done as though it was put on by a girls junior high track team.
I got there 15 minutes before the band played and they were out of chicken. The food serving bowls were like they just made an emergency run to the local thrift shop. They set up the serving line by the bathroom and the fragrance was……. well….. you know plus know one knew whether you were in the food line or waiting to relieve yourself.
I guess the food issues is what really disappointed me. They could have dressed up the serving area because honestly it looked like it was a last minute decision to overcharge for nothing but salsa, rice, beef only, lettuce and tomatoes.
Come on guys…. Step up your game or only...
