We rented out the whole park (lodge and campground) for our July 18th wedding. It took us several months to contact them and they told us three different things for how soon we could book it. And then they wouldn't let us pay, which to me, nothing is booked in your name unless you've put money down. We finally got it all figured out and then had to postpone due to COVID. We tried contacting them repeatedly to secure a new date and it took us over three weeks to finally contact someone. We were waiting to hear back from them in order to secure the date and then change all of our other vendors. By the time we finally heard from someone, our new date had been booked by someone else and we couldn't postpone any further this year due to our expensive photographers doing weddings in Texas. So we attempted to cancel our reservation. Again, it took over two weeks in order to contact them (my fiance, myself, and our wedding planner all called) and finally we got it cancelled. They charged us a $10 cancellation fee per day for a total of $30, after we'd been told we would be refunded in full. All in all, I'm glad we won't be having our wedding there. The park is beautiful but the lack of communication and the terrible ability to communicate accurately with customers has completely ruined...

What a great place!

I just started back up going mountain biking and trail riding again and I’ve got to say if you’re just starting out then I highly recommend a place that’s easy and very adventurous to start at.

They have plenty of ‘green’ trails which are easy rides and are a lot of fun too!

Everybody I’ve met so far riding or hiking these trails have been beyond welcoming and nice.

There are jumps, right trails, fast long trails, rollers and more and it’s a great place for beginners.

Highly recommend purchasing a discover pass in order to access this park and you’ll easily pay off your pass with...

Fantastic place to ride a mountain bike! Whether you are racing, riding with friends or introducing your kids to riding, Squilchuck SP has SO much to offer. It is definitely more of a XC loop network, but trails are smooth, fast and well-designed. When the valley is blazing hot in the summer, you can find cooler air and shady trails a short drive away. Riders of varying abilities can find something to enjoy and beginners are never far away from the...

Beautiful area. Needs to be managed even better. There have been a couple areas where the trees have been thinned enough you can actually see the forest floor. This type of management keeps the trees from burning when the ground wood catches fire. Here's a video that shows the portion that has been managed properly, and a portion that has been allowed to overgrow. Pray for unity in managing our land. Bureaucracy needs to make way for prosperity.
