Joined friends at Casino for dinner. They had already ordered. We joined the group to chat about business and tours. My friend and I only ordered beverages. Asked waitress to keep our tab separate from the 4 dining. When tab was received, waitress stated that she couldn't separate check and added 18% grat. Went to cashier and informed her, and cashier stated that tab was separated and server came back up to her and requested it to be combined. Hence bigger tab, bigger grat. Tab was separated, and informed server that as a server she needs to inform guests of added gratuity. Then i noticed that she added 18% grat to our one beverage. Politely asked cashier to remove the grat, we as customers have that right, despite dining establishment rules. Waitress had to return our grat. When i thought everything was resolved i left her a tip, not the entire 18%. Spoke with her again. Left the casino and server comes out after us and throws money back at us and a comment of "I think you need the money more than I". I consider myself very easy going and a great tipper. I have restaurants of my own and i would never allow anything like this occur. We've dined there before and always good service. I did call and reported servers action whether anything will be done about it is to be determined. I'm considering taking my business elsewhere.
To Server: I am very embarrassed by your action, did that make you feel better? You actually gave the casino a bad name and at your age (50 +) you conduct yourself this way? How many guests have you done this to? Who needs...
Read moreIt's a little hard to give this casino a serious review since it's the closest to home and my experiences have been different every time I have gone to drink, eat or play. Drinks (Alcohol) are decent their selection isnt great they of course over priced so order at your own risk. I would however suggest if you do order a mix drink be specific on how you want it made. Also the bar is in an open area between the Bingo/Event Hall, Restaurant and Front Entrance so if you like to drink in front of ppl who have nothing better to do than walk around staring at drinkers this is the place for you. There are TVs as well but never loud enough to hear only during major sport events. Food is okay for the price, at times can be salty and usually doesnt have any flavor. Non-Alcoholic drinks are too sweet and sodas are usually flat. As big as the gaming floor is they do not have a non smoking section to accommodate ppl who are allergic or have sensitivity to smoke. Also no high limit section so you have to walk around and find machines that switch denominations. Most ppl who aren't even playing are usually in the way so plan to tap on shoulders to play your favorites...
Read moreWas extremely disappointed in multiple ways let me start with a good. The server did a excellent job. She stayed on point to make sure everything was out in a timely fashion checked on us all the way to the very end the appetizer was probably the best part of the whole meal we had prime rib tonight. It was extremely dry and over seasoned with herbs had no flavor at all, it was like eating cardboard and had to let soak in the ajus now the ajus Was like water down broth was a bunch of herbs poured into it had no flavor. There was a hair in one of the baked potatoes we received the rolls were prepackaged, store-bought corn not juicy dry when it came to cashing out I waited 10 minutes, my elderly mother, with who walks with a cane was already outside at the car waiting when I finally got to her nobody was helping the hostess take Phone orders or see the customers or cash out the customers, she was very overwhelmed very disappointed in tonight‘s visit. And as you read this review, just know I have over 25 years experience in restaurants and management. I don’t post a review unless it’s extremely disappointed and something needs to...
