Buell's Orchard — Attraction in Eastford

We visit Buells every Fall usually with a large group of Family&Friends. Between all of us we apple pick, pumpkin pick followed by shopping seasonal items. I have always given a 5☆ rating except this year. The treatment and level of dis respect and utter rudeness i expected at the sonut tent was uncalled for and inexcusable. I took my experience to another person in store and again felt ignored and the sense they really didnt care. Im saddened imy children had to witness both interactions. Tteat people the way you would want to be treated....i understand rhe facility was busy but that does not give a reaaon to treat a CUSTOMER like there insignificant...

As we are lacking good bakeries in my area of CT, I had no hope for a pumpkin loaf cake my boyfriend brought home from Buells last month. The top looked burnt and did not really look appetizing but . . . one bite and I was hooked. The inside was very moist and not overly flavored with nutmeg or other spices, just the right amount of everything. Next to Linzer Tarts which by the way, I can't find any where in Windham County, CT, I love, love Buell's...

Bought one of their bundle packs for pickup! Such a great value! Apples were delicious. Apple crisp ice cream was amazing and flavorful. Peach butter was full of flavor. Loved getting cheese from Sugarbush farms in the pack as well. Have wonderful apple cider too! Definitely will be on my list of orchards to check out in the fall and will be grabbing another pack soon! Their Facebook is updated frequently with everything so that is a great...
