Greenvans 15 Passenger Van Rentals — Attraction in Eddystone

I have had the most wonderful experience renting vehicle made possible by Andrew Reitz.

I have rented vehicles from all major car rental companies in US including enterprise, hertz, Dollar, Avis etc. But by far none can match the professionalism and care shown by Andrew from Greenvans. Andy drove all the way from Boston to do me a favor and give me the possession of the vehicle a night before so that in the morning I won’t waste couple of hours in pick up and drop off.

I rented this vehicle from Philadelphia and I returned at the same location. I had a quote from Dollar for a 12 seat van which Andy not only matched it but gave me a discount on top of that. Not only the monetary discount but he also upgraded the van to a 15 seater brand new Ford Transit.

As a consumer to me small things matter. The van had complimentary Anti Bacterial/Viral spray due to COVID. I rented the van for the week and It was an absolute pleasure renting the van from Greenvan.

Andy is an amazing individual, I have not seen nor experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. Kudos to Andy :)

Given the price of flights right now, we decided to use Greenvans to travel from Boston, MA to Grand Rapids, MI for a wedding. We had 6 adults, 4 toddlers in car seats, 2 strollers, loads of luggage, and we were all able to fit comfortably in the van. It was a smooth ride and easy to drive, and I actually preferred it to flying. We were able to stop whenever we needed and took some detours along the way that were a lot of fun.

On another note, there is a massive shortage of rental vehicles right now, as well as a shortage of new vans due to the global chip shortage. This has made it incredibly difficult to find rentals. Andy at Greenvans bent over backwards to secure a van for our trip. This is a company that puts it's customers first, and we really appreciated it! GREENVANS is a lifesaver!! 18 hours before our scheduled church mission trip to rebuild homes in Appalachia, Avis told us that the vans we reserved 6 mos prior were not available!! Many of us started calling around to find an available passenger van, thankfully I spoke to Julie at Greenvans who was amazing!! So friendly & accommodating, excellent customer service! She contacted the Greenvans team & was able to find us an available 15 pass van that we could pick up in 2 hours - super clean & ready to go! Damien was very welcoming when we arrived!
