I cannot thank Arasapha Farm, more so… Nicole Bates, enough for the job & service they provided for our wedding day. Wedding planning is not easy but she truly made our experience so much better. From helping us find vendors, go over timelines, letting us use her wonderful land, vintage cars, hayride wagons to shuttle guests, ceremony arches, fire pits, barrels… you name it. We got it, and we are SO thankful and will never forget her and all of her hard work. I’ve only been to the land growing up to visit the haunted attractions so I was a little hesitant… but picking Arasapha as our venue location for ceremony & reception was the best choice we made. It’s not all spooky stuff (if that’s what you want, she can also make that happen!) We have Christmas trees, ponds, horses, fall foliage, the whole nines in our photos to look back on forever. My wedding was truly beautiful and unique compared to some venues. If you need an outdoor space for an event for a lot of people, please consider Arasapha Farm. We are still receiving compliments to this day! If I could change anything about the farm, it would be letting me relive that day over & over again. Thank you Nicole from the bottom of my heart for all you did. You exceeded our expectations and dealt with all of my anxieties head on for almost 2 years!!!!! I can’t wait to return as a non-bride for harvest hayrides with our children and scare them at Bates Motel. I highly recommend this place👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I’ve gone the last three years. I feel like every year it gets worse. We went last weekend and there were bees EVERYWHERE. Like an insane amount. They have a food tent you can’t even sit under it’s so bad. The one kid maze looks like it’s going to collapse. It does not look safe at all. (Attached) The pedal bikes on the track were broken and didn’t work. My son tried three bikes and none would go. Golf course looked like trash and was broken and falling apart. It looks like it was left in the rain for years destroying it. They didn’t even have clubs or balls out, probably because it was useless. I ended up leaving with my son because it was terrible. Such a waste of money. Pumpkins were double the cost if you were to nt anywhere else. This place just seems to be money hungry.

This is what I call top notch customer service.... and it starts with a simple phone call asking about hours for "cutting your own" tree. I didn't expect anyone to call me back but my call was promptly returned by Veronica who clarified what their hours were. After getting her call we took a ride to Arasapha to pick out our tree. We were helped by a gentleman (originally from Vermont, sorry forgot his name) who was super helpful and extremely patient. He trimmed our tree, wrapped it and attached it to our roof rack. We were done in about half hour or so, and now have a gorgeous tree in our house...grown locally in PA! This is the third year we've been coming here and highly recommend Arasapha Farms.

My grandsons 1st birthday was here I gave two stars because the kids did love this place .great to visit ,but we personally wouldn’t do another party here . My daughter booked this place six months in advance and she was so excited for this day. Only to get there and be extremely disappointed. They gave her what seemed to be a a size of a shed for her guest . She told them 48 adults and 17 kids and they told her and her husband they would get 9 tables and a covered area and this area had four picnic tables and was extremely tiny and all though you know it’s going to be outside it was gross . Our guest showed up not having places to sit. I explained very nicely this could not be the area intended for my grandsons 1st birthday party because my daughter/ son in law spoke with someone and they explained 9 covered tables and a big enough party area and there were only four tables . Spoke to the manager who acted as if it was our mistake and wanted to put us outside the area which we did decline because it was very far from where my daughter had been told and we had young children . and if known ahead would of never booked . ( Honestly we think she knew the person /business who were in the area we thought we were getting and explained to my son in law ,.She seemed very accommodating and was helping them most of the time .when we had to go looking for her .) and I never saw anyone using any tables or a party there was only a table for a business at the front. This seemed to be like the area explained tto my daughter / son in law ) but if not the area we had was not . Our only other option was to sit under the covered public area . Which we did end up getting six tables, but we did have guest who had to stand . Most of our time was used trying to move stuff from one area to the next so we were unable to make it even look the way we had wanted and didn’t even have time to decorate and we wasted most of our 1st birthday decor . We did not even have time to do the Corn maze . My daughter was told it was long and it most likely would take too long for small children . Very unorganized . There ended up being two more empty tables in the public area and since some of our guest were standing and the tables were empty my sister started to move our stuff to them only to have the manager come over and put signs on those tables that read “public seating”. No one calls or emails back during this whole 6 month wait except once and information was limited . So my son in law did call a couple of times to make sure everything was told ahead . Which two different people he spoke to had different information so he had to once again explain the number of people and they told him once again he would need nine tables and have a covered area . ( we think this is where the problem happened each person he spoke to they had different information and he had to once again confirm how many people and was told 9 tables ). We get mistakes happen . No one is perfect . Just so disappointing when you plan six months ahead and purchase things you cannot use due to time and you are treated like it was our mistake . We were lucky enough to have had a beautiful sunny day and the kids did have fun!

Yes they did give us this option ,but we were willing to lose a little just to have the kids closer to the area so that was our choice . Disappointing we had to end up paying for seats we didn’t have due to this . At the end we did see the manager again when she came to ask us to “ square up” the bill Did not even try to give my daughter even $1 off the bill or apologize for the confusion..

The manager was zero help at all and only seemed annoyed by us . We do thank the women who checked us in she was very kind. Just use the public area that’s what we recieved and paid for after a 6...

Arasapha Farm is simply the best! We had our very large 225+ wedding reception there this month. Nicole and Ben were super helpful, attentive and accommodating. Their property is amazing and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome and experience from start to finish.

I highly recommend reaching out to Arasapha if you are looking to host a small or large outdoor party; especially an outdoor wedding! The property has a lot to offer with a lot of space to make the layout exactly what you need or envision. Did I also mention that there are great photo opportunities throughout the property? We had all of our own day of rentals and vendors set up prior to booking, but they are more then happy to provide you with the option to utilize their available materials or make recommendations of companies to use should you need any.

The Bates family made our experience very easy when wedding planning can be extremely stressful; especially on a time crunch, and their staff executed the day effortlessly. Our guests had a great time and we constantly heard the comment " We didn't know this was here!", "This place is beautiful!" or "I didn't know they did weddings!" The space spoke for itself and that was clearly communicated by our guests. We look forward to hosting all of our outdoor events there in the future.

Thank you Arasapha for helping us to execute the wedding of our dreams. We couldn't have done it...
