White Diamond Lavender Farms — Attraction in Edinburgh

My daughter & son in law recently booked White Diamond for their wedding. We couldn't have been happier with the venue! We had the ceremony behind the barn and the setting was beautiful, full of blooming sunflowers in July. There was a bit of lavender still blooming, but it peaks in June so keep that in mind. Also note that there are not fields and fields of lavender but multiple beds. Super fragrant and lovely though! The grounds are amazing including a covered bridge with a koi pond, a vintage blue truck for great photo opps, a gazebo with a fire pit and spectacular views of the sunset. Inside was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated in a shabby chic, Joanna Gaines style. My favorite features were the chandelier, the twinkle lights, the bridal suite where the girls got ready and the spacious dance floor. My husband and I got married here during the April 2024 eclipse, and we had an amazing experience! White Diamond Lavender Farms is a beautiful venue with a very sizeable barn, gorgeous chandelier, lovely gardens and several very photogenic areas outside.

Melinda was super helpful. She provided us with all the information we needed, worked with us generously on securing the Eclipse date, and even allowed us to use the space a bit earlier than what was agreed upon. They had tons of decorations for us to use as well, which was a lifesaver when we realized we'd forgotten a few essentials. Very professional service and wonderful space overall. This is a great option for a wedding or similar venue. However the lavendar-fest wasn't that impressive. I expected more lavendar lavish gardens, what was there was pretty small. This place is neat and clean. This was only their second event, not a lot of vendors either, but they have plenty of room to grow and improve. They have great potential for future events.
