I give this company a zero star. The communication is horrible.We had this company to come out on last Thursday to check out our pool and to put a new pool cover on. They gave us 2 quotes for service for what they may have to do. But when they got here they told my husband that the pool didn’t need those services because it was already closed properly. When the gentlemen came they were very nice and friendly and I don’t blame them. So to get to the point the pool cover that we brought for them to put on was too big so they couldn’t perform the service. My husband watched the gentleman call the office to tell them to kill the deal because they didn’t perform the service. And on Friday evening 12/03/2021, my husband checked his account and this company had charged his account for both quotes. When they weren’t suppose to charge anything. It’s almost $1,200 est. We have been calling this company and no one answers the phone it goes to a voicemail and no one has called back as of yet and today is Monday 12/05 /2021. We just want our money back from this company and we will never do business with them again!!!! We just brought this home which came with a pool. And this experience has been a total nightmare!!! Read moreThis is by far the worst pool company my co-op ever hired! I go to the pool with my son and his friend often and it has been a nightmare. They don’t believe in you having fun. First off they close the pool every hour for 15 minutes to clean the pool. If only that were true all they are doing is checking the water that’s it. They make everyone get out and wait for 15 minutes and sometimes even longer . The lifeguards barely do their job , instead they hang out with all the teenagers from the complex. They also close the pool from 3-3:30p.m. For lunch . Then the most ridiculous rule they have is my son can’t be in the pool unless I’m in the pool with him. He is 11 years old and can swim , usually he stays in the 3 -4 feet side of the pool. I usually sometimes want to relax and read a book or clear my mind but they make me go in the pool when at times I don’t feel like going in. I shouldn’t be forced to go in the water when I don’t want to! That’s why they have lifeguards for. They told me even if he has a life vest on I will still have to go in the pool with him. I don’t understand what is the purpose of the lifeguards on duty. This is the worst pool company ever !!!. Read moreFrom day one when this pool opened in Malvern apartment complex, it's disgusting. I wish I can post pictures of the dirty pools mold in the pool slime in the pools. Today's been the first day that the baby pool's been open except for the first week of the opening pool because after that you couldn't go in the baby pool due to not cleaning it. It grew mold. You tell the manager you tell the manager and you tell the manager nothing changes and when it does it's only a week left of the pool season. Great job people! So for this whole summer 85% of the time he couldn't go in the pool and now being the last week week and a half of the pool season they finally cleaned it. Yay! Thank you! Thank you very much!. It's sad when you tell these people and they don't do a thing about it. Nothing. I wish I could post these pictures of the disgusting pools which they allowed the pools to stay open. Why the slime and mold were in it? That's the worst part. You can Google that and it tells you to stay out of the pool. Pool had electric going through the pool ladders.
