Fantastic, beautiful work by the staff. The trails are all fun to explore and there are plenty of different routes to take depending on personal preference. The Lantern besides the pond at the garden is a good spot for pictures and can be a nice rest spot in this part of campus even for large groups. Would definitely recommend giving a look if you are in the area

The Gardens have many pretty areas of plantings, especially the butterfly garden. The lake with the fountain is picturesque. There is lots of shade in the summer, pretty color in the spring, and the colors are amazing in the fall. In the winter they have a tree walk, with information on interesting varieties around the property.

The Gardens at SIUE is the perfect spot for engagement photos! There weren't many people there, so it's like we had the entire gardens to ourselves. The bridges were beautiful and scenery even more so. Great spot and highly recommend! Photos by: @joshandlindseyphoto

Walked around before going out to dinner. Definitely a manageable walk that most anyone can do! Highly recommend going down to see the lantern and stopping to take it in. Beautiful scenery and well kept gardens! Would be wonderful for photos!

Astonishing, I used to go here all the time to take in the fresh air and escape, I cannot recommend it enough. My last trip back a few weeks ago reminded me to stop and smell the roses more

This is one of my favorite places to take a stroll with my dog. A short paved walking path with different gardens all along it and plenty of places to stop and rest.
