This is our go to when it comes to a walk with our son. At 29 years of age he is very energetic. However not so graceful. There is plenty of paved walkway around the large grassy area. Once around is 1/3 of a mile. There is also a trail which wraps around a little higher but is still easily navigated for those who can't take on the steeper trails. This trail adds 1/3 of a mile to the walk, is a bit more of a hike and a little more scenic. My wife and I hike these trails occasionally and they are a slight challenge but fun and beautiful. There are a mole parking and lot of shade. If you are planning for barbeque, try and pick up a spot in the beginning or near the far end. These spots will have less sunlight.
The rest rooms are very clean and maintained well.
There is a $5 parking fee. This place accepts credit cards.
