Sesqui State Park Dog Park — Attraction in Elgin

Decent park with lots of wooded trails. Interstate roar can be heard in the background, so you're not completely out in nature.

Warning: none of the rest rooms have water fountains or bottle fill stations. There's a spigot in front of the store, but the water was bad quality even after running it for 5 mins.
