This was my first time visiting Michigan and experiencing Applefest, and it was a great experience. Interwater Farms was amazing! I loved the music they brought to the festival and the dancing. Super annoying at applefest. People are coming to enjoy peaceful chill fall vibes. Half of downtown is subjected to these guys blasting Mexican music and yelling the trademarked brand name of their apples. The apples and samples are all fine and dandy but these guys are just so obnoxious that I will be avoiding...

This multigenerational, family owned farm is the best. They have a fantastic new fruit stand in the Elk Rapids area where there farm is. I believe two of their kids were running the stand when I was there! If you catch them at any of the local farmers markets ask for their Tango Apples when in season. Top...
