We took my 16 month old grandson to the Appel pumpkin patch and had a blast! Friendly people. Good prices on pumpkins and the other things they sell (honey and a few other veggies when we were there). And most of all, well thought out areas for family fun. They had set up places for adorable fall pictures - with bails of hay, cute signs and pumpkins (blankets were in place so the kiddos didn't have to sit directly on the hay if they didn't want to!) They also had a sign with height marks on it, so pictures year after year would be adorable and show how the kids grow! (Such a smart, thoughtful idea!) They also had a very clean, corn pit for the little ones to play in (another sweet memory maker and photo op, without the little ones getting horribly dirty, while experiencing the farm!)
