If you are looking for a large event space in NWA with a beautiful landscape and caring owners, look no further. I had my wedding and reception at Heroncrest in May. We had over 400 guest invited (which is very hard to accommodate in NWA). In additon, I had several special requests and details that I wanted carried out for the wedding and reception. Beau and Robert were there every step of the way. They accommodated us with last minute planning sessions, helped us find the right vendors, answered any and all questions we had, and SAVED THE DAY when a vendor couldn't accommodate due to time constraints. In addtion to all of this they helped us come up with a back up plan when it unexpectedly rained on our wedding day. In short, we genuinely could not have had the wedding of our dreams without their help. In addition to caring and respecting the needs of their customers they are also LGBTQ+ friendly and everything they do is environmentally conscious. As for the venue itself; it has been extremely well thought out. The bridal suite is very spacious with plenty of room for everyone to get ready (trust me I know, I had 18 women getting ready in the space). The lighting is also impeccable (your hair and makeup artist will thank you). The kitchen is large enough for your caterers to feed any crowd and the bathrooms are gigantic (no lines here)! I cannot say enough great things about this venue and the owners. If you are planning an event or wedding, this space should absoultely be on your...

The Cancer Challenge held its annual social event in June at this beautiful lakeside venue. As an event planner using newly opened space can put you on edge but you can rest assured you are in good hands here. The owners and operators, Robert & Beau, are meticulously detailed and will go to all means to make your event a success!
Utilizing the natural outdoor space overlooking Lake Elmdale with the floor to ceiling windows to look through indoors makes for a Covid friendly breath taking gathering.
I was particularly impressed with the hands on involvement we received in setting the space, AV needs, recycling planning, lighting, through tear down. Load-in, set-up, and tear down were a breeze with all of the accommodations that have been put into place and pre-planned when the building was being constructed. Sound, lighting, and rigging were amazing....did I mention the self playing piano that was personally choregraphed just hours before guests arrived. Many items have been taken into consideration and area available for your use on site.
All our guests raved about the venue, the views, and the element of surprise as most in attendance were having a first time experience. Give it a try! If you have any concerns or outlandish requests, just ask!! They have probably already...

I needed a venue to accommodate 400 wedding guests, so NWA had limited options. Heroncrest was not only large enough, but definitely the most beautiful venue that I found. I ended up having 375 guests come to the wedding, and there was plenty of space for everyone, plus a 7- person band, dance floor (without having to move tables/chairs), 2 buffet lines, and a photo booth.
The unique architecture and the view of the lake are stunning. All of our wedding guests were raving about how beautiful the building is. The lake also provided amazing pictures for our wedding party and...
