Star of the Desert Arena — Attraction in Enterprise

I attended a concert at the arena on Saturday, January 14, 2023. The queuing lines to enter the arena were totally disorganized with no direction being provided by staff. The arena did not provide any signage or stanchions to guide the crowds into the facility.

The concert was scheduled to begin at 8 pm. We arrived a 7 pm and were met by lines that wrapped through the entire casino floor. The lines were slow and we did not enter the venue until 840, after the concert began (people were still in lines to get in). This was an epic failure on the part of the arena manager and their staff.

The arena itself was a great venue to listen to the concert. The acoustics and sight lines were excellent. I do believe the venue should update their video technology so ensure that the images being projected of the artist are clear...

I got a quick tour of this arena with the security manager and I am certain that this is the perfect venue for us once we get here full time. 6200 seats and also an open floor area allows for us to bring either show to town. Either the back to the 90s hip-hop tour featuring three DJs. Or Joey loves Jazz... A rockabilly Show featuring music from Cherry Poppin Daddies, Big bad Voodoo Daddy & The Brian Setzer Orchestra sometimes called the stray cats. I'm excited to meet with venue management to see if we can strike a deal. Tickets will be affordable and the shows will be unforgettable! Many great and talented acts have come here... Now...

Went for the Gladys Knight concert on Jan 14th. Total disorganization. We waiting in line 40 minutes to get into the venue. Had to park at the other casino as no parking. It said you could only bring in bags 4 inches by 6 inches. No one checked bags so on top of 40 minutes in line to get in I did not feel safe as people brought in large bags. We were seat 1 and 2 at end of aisle. A person was sitting on the step and refused to let us pass. We had to go in from the other side and walk across everyone to our seats. No staff around to help. So much for aisle seats. Will never go to this venue again. Gladys was...
