This is a very short and easy hike everyone in the family can handle. Make sure you do the full loop and get some pictures by the trees. There’s also a suspension bridge if you time it right with no one there you can get some excellent shots. The parking lot is not very big, people come and go fairly often so just sit tight. Bathrooms at the parking lot as well. And there is also a very large tree that is on its Side near the wooden walkway. Read moreThis is a fantastic family-friendly trail to see some of the old growth that escaped the mass logging in the area. The scenery is amazing. Moss covered trees, enormous mushrooms, crystal clear streams, and plants along the trail you will have plenty to see and do. Not to mention the hug trees that grow in this area. Read moreBetter get here early not a lot of parking. Not a terrible walk for kids either got a one-year-old that we but in a backpack carrier and a five-year-old who walked, they made it. Once we laughed we drove farther into the park and came back and saw that people are parking on the sides of the road so I suppose that's an option if it's full but yeah get here early.
