This parking lot is dilapidated, the building is falling to pieces, there's trash everywhere, and there's people panhandling and begging for cigarettes and money... These people also approached your car when you are not prepared for them :( The parking lot is like a raceway, where people come flying in the first row parking spaces not looking either way for cross traffic. There is PLENTY of parking, but use caution when picking a spot. There's only a handful of stores, and I believe there is a magistrate or a judge's office and a seasonal taxes office.
