October 15, 2017 My wife and I found the Lindsay mansion online while searching for historical places to see in Oklahoma. Every website we found for it mentioned it was open in Sunday's beginning at 1pm. We drove to it, waited til about 1:30pm. No one answered phone or door. Walking around the grounds I could tell it had once been a very beautiful home, but was currently showing signs of neglect and decay. Plants on the porch dead in the dried out soil filled pots. Boards, siding, roofing, columns looks like they were starting to fall off from rot.
