The drive to parking has the same level intensity as the trail. About a mile of "paved" road then accompanied by pot holes, dips, gravel, dirt, for an off-road feel. Parking is comfortable at about 4-5 vehicles after that you question if you made the right choice to take the trail that day. It's a moderate trail starting out downhill with a narrow walking path. Because of that be aware if you are carrying small kids or hiking accessories. It is perfectly possible to do but in certain areas don't take that for granted when you have someone or something of value. The distance is a mile plus (out & back) but going uphill on the way back makes it feel longer. Parking and the drive there is what I like the least but I suppose it helps not be crowded. Regardless the view is always worth it.

Trail is moderately difficult towards the end. It is downhill on the way to the fall and up and the way back to the car. We took our akita with us and she did great. The falls wer3 gorgeous and the water was so crystal clear. Very nice little hike for the evening. Getting there wasn't hard either. We drove our Honda civic to the trailhead without any difficulty at all.

I'm 57 years old and I was able to do it, not saying I didn't have trouble going back up a little. I'd be lying but I did it and loved it. The falls were amazing! I could swim and hole down at the bottom of water was clear the perfect day!

Nice trail to walk down, rained a ton the night before so making it to the falls was not an option. If you decide to drive a big 3/4 ton up there like I did, I highly advise not turning left where it splits for the trailhead. I was able to make it and turn around but...
