What a great time at Ocoee Ziplines and Canopy Tours. The minute that we walked in the door the lady at the counter was so friendly, nice, and knowledgeable. My husband had surprised me with this amazing day so he had everything already planned and the employees we all Amazing. On the zip line Flash and Bucky was sooooo much fun and patience with me/us. We booked a trip later in the season and Ocoee was one of the only companies we could find that was still doing rafting adventures in Middle October. However I must say we couldn't have been happier or more pleased with this company. From The booking process to the check in procedure, it was all easy and everyone was great. I have to also say our guide, Yak, was the best!! He knew every inch of the river, he was very informative, and he was the most pleasant, fun, guide we could have had. Ziplines were mostly picturesque. What bothered me we was the lack of attention to an injured zipliner on our trip.

One 1 zip, they allowed the person to slam into a tree. Shouldn't there be emergency breaks on the track the guides can use?
