Definitely worth a stop if you'd like to know more about the area's mining history. The small museum is packed with era items, both directly related to mining and also related to life in the towns that supported them. Be sure to check out the old mining equipment and machinery behind the museum. The building just to the south houses a mocked up school room, sheriff's office (with the town's old jail out back), one-room house, and more mining and era paraphernalia.
