Hibulb Lookout — Attraction in Everett

Great place to park and catch some gorgeous sunset views over the water. Walking path is accessible for all abilities and there are plenty of benches and picnic tables. Park behind the parking area but I didn't see any restrooms. Not close enough to actually walk to the water but it's a beautiful place for sunset...
