Emerald Falls Event Center — Attraction in Fair Oaks

This review has been long over due. My husband and I first toured and book this venue with the former owners. Originally we had our date on 10/31/20. Unfortunately we had to postpone our wedding & reception due to the pandemic. So we rescheduled for the same day in 2021. Fast forward to getting an email that the venue was bought out. We kinda panicked a bit; both my husband and I chose the original venue cause we were looking for the least “rustic” wedding venue in Oklahoma. We ended up re-touring the venue and meeting with Dillon. He was just fabulous; very friendly and extremely helpful. Since the new owners took over the venue; it looks better than what it looked like as the Emerald falls. Dillon was very helpful and brought several details to our attention that we hadn’t thought of. He made the rest of the planning process effortless for us. We ended up hiring him for day of coordinator. Which he did amazing. He really went above and beyond for us. To which I will be forever grateful. I cannot stress this enough. I don't have a lot of my photos of how beautiful the place looked and came together for my wedding yet, but our Wedding was on June 8th and Emerald Falls Event Center was the perfect place! Gorgeous space, owner went above and beyond with the lights, my "Sweetheart" table that I asked for and she did all my flowers for Bouquets and Boutonnieres. Also the flower decor for my aisles, and Arbor as well! Coordinators final touches to the table decor, front room, etc. were beautiful and they worked really hard to make my dream wedding a reality! It was truly a magical night and I highly recommend this Venue! My wedding was outdoor but I knew there was the indoor option if needed, and reception room was gorgeous! Only oops, likely on my part, was not making sure my side cakes were served to my guests instead of just my main cake! Overall the night went smooth even though things got a little out of order, Kenzie the coordinator helped keep things on track so I got all that I wanted for my big night done! I recently attended the grand opening of the Emerald Falls Event Center, and WOW! What an incredible experience! From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed. The venue is breathtaking with its picturesque surroundings.

The team behind Emerald Falls went above and beyond to make the grand opening a memorable occasion. The staff was friendly, attentive, and truly made everyone feel welcome. The event spaces are versatile and well-planned.

The catering was top-notch – and the Peruvian cuisine was amazing. The grand opening showcased the venue's potential for hosting a variety of events, from weddings to corporate functions and everything in between.
